Co-Creating Living Peace
Happiness
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.

Co-Creating Living Peace
Connect With A Nonprofit
I will connect with a local nonprofit that works on peace and justice issues and find out how I can get involved or become a member.
Co-Creating Living Peace

Responding to Systemic Violence
Support A Sharing Economy
I will create or support a sharing economy with family, friends, and neighbors.
Co-Creating Living Peace
Becoming a Change Agent
Using the guidelines on page 113, I will construct a vision board of my own ideas about how I will act for change and then share it with my group.
Responding to Systemic Violence

I will spend (___) minutes learning about water and air quality issues in my area, how they are impacting human and environmental health, and how I can help.
Justice for the Whole Community
REDUCE MY FOOTPRINT
I will calculate my ecological footprint and talk with my family or roommates about way we can reduce our negative enviromental impact.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Jonathan Johnson 4/09/2021 4:52 AMSo basically what I'm reading with the new legislation proposed in the house is that the US is trying to catch up to countries like China in sustainability because China's products help the US out, and because of this extra production reliance, China has a significantly higher emissions rate, whereas if the US can get their emissions rate down in their production, China can distribute more evenly to other countries, lowering their emissions rate.
This will allow the US to accelerate itself in lowering its own emissions rate and lowering the emissions rate in the lifecycle of developing countries, in tandem with the worlds leaders in sustainability.
China's a great base example because they have the largest population sect/emissions/development of low emission technology. The regression scale should result in a significant difference.
Wonder if there's already a study out that can delineate this. -
