    One of the largest Louisiana Glass recyclers was founded by college students who are rebuilding a vanishing coastline- headlines to an article where Fraziska Trautman and Max Steinz co-founded "Glass Half Full" an organization that recycles bottles and other waste into their granular form. Sand is the most extracted and second-most used resource in the world. Glass Half Full collaborates with Tulane University to ensure that there is no leaching of harmful chemicals into the water.     Often times when you know that you are incapable of waving a magic wand to transform eco-systems to their original pristineness, you come across youngsters who innovate and go that extra mile to actually put their actions where their hearts are. It uplifts.
