I will research the social or environmental issues in my community that matter to me and tell 20 friends and/or colleagues about what I learn.

I will sign up for an Anti-Racist, Anti-Bias Training and encourage my friends and colleagues to join me.

Using the guidelines on page 68, I will use the Oxfam “doughnut” diagram to consider how the factors in the inner circle have affected my personal well-being, or what their absence would mean for my life.

I will spend 60 minutes this week learning about restorative justice and conflict resolution opportunities in my own community or state.

I will volunteer 5 hours this week to help refugees or others affected by violence to feel more comfortable or get the resources they need in my community.

This week, I will contact 5 of my favorite companies or local businesses to advocate for socially responsible practices.

I will research peace and justice issues that affect my community and tell 20 friends and/or colleagues each day about what I learn.

I will write 3 letter(s) or email(s) this week to a public official or company to advocate for nonviolent and peacemaking policies.

I will observe local, national, and international news each day this week through a conflict resolution lens.

I will watch or read the news each day this week with a specific focus on peace, justice, and/or sustainability issues and happenings.
