Liz Zavodsky (EcoChallenge Staff) 9/18/2019 9:14 AMUsing a conflict resolution lens has been really eye opening for me. I have seen all these things before, but notice the differently through this lens. What's also helpful in using this lens is seeing myself through it and where I can make more changes. This is powerful.-
James Olden Olden 12/22/2023 1:09 AMI think self-reflection and self-awareness are crucial aspects of personal development, and using a conflict resolution lens can assist in identifying areas where you can make improvements. It allows you to examine your own role in conflicts, understand your triggers and patterns and geometry dash scratch, and take proactive steps to address them.

Liz Zavodsky (EcoChallenge Staff) 8/27/2019 8:11 AMConstructive communication is something I have found myself practicing many times over the years and this time I want to make sure it becomes ingrained in me. I believe I keep more and more each time I am mindful, but I really want to commit to more. Thanks for the rich discussion on this last week everyone, it was powerful.-
Christopher Snow 8/27/2019 9:22 AMSame! I find myself over and over going back to the questions "what are you trying to accomplish? What's the best way to get there?" It helps to keep me purposeful and engaged, particularly in tense or contentious discussions. In almost every situation, professional and private, one of the things I'm trying to accomplish is "build stronger relationships" and keeping that front of mind is a great way to stay constructive even when I'm feeling frustrated.
