Regarding the given question prompt, I have been absolutely terrible about checking in with this part of the course.

I walked the beach last night during sunset and picked up 4 pieces of trash❤️

I walked around my neighborhood listening to music and picked up some trash!

I went to Forest Grove and participated in a Danza Azteca dance group that meets regularly to practice native dancing.

I just read about the terror happening between Russia and the U.S. regarding Ukraine. It's so scary. 

I've had two conversations today where I made sure to be more conscious of how well I listened. One with my son and one with my dad. 

I read 3 news stories and watched the local news every night last week!

Watched a very powerful documentary called "13th". Definitely recommend it
